Nicole Richie filmed a kick-butt appearance on NBC's Chuck – literally. Richie will guest on an Oct. 20 episode, playing a bully, and People.com has an exclusive photo of her appearance. In the episode, called "Chuck vs. the Cougars," Richie plays Heather Chandler, a high school nemesis who bullied Yvonne Strahovski's character, Sarah. "She has a great fight scene," a source told People in July. But everything was friendly when the cameras stopped rolling, as Richie and Strahovski were "giving each other high-fives," the source said. "She was friendly. Everybody loved her." – Brian Orloff and Lisa IngrassiaRELATED Gallery: . Nicole debuts

This episode confirmed my suspicion: Chuck is on a roll. The jokes are punchier; Chuck's taking a more active role in the spy stuff; Morgan's not nearly as annoying. And while guest stars were not very successful last season (I expected more from you, Rachel Bilson), tonight saw not one, but two near-perfect outside castings. Both factored heavily into the story, which was a riff on the 1982 comedy My Favorite Year. The first was silver fox John Larroquette in the role of Roan Montgomery, a rogue agent so well trained in the art of seduction, he makes even stone-faced Diane lose her composure. (Side note: When the camera first found him, I thought for a second that the show had scored Tim Robbins.) He's tasked with taking Chuck as his disciple when it's revealed that the real cipher is in the hands of the Black Widow, a...

With NBC going into the fall season with a fairly light deck, Chuck is the one fan favorite that makes sure to deliver on it's promises (unlike another show involving superpowers). This season of Chuck is said to be bigger and more adventurous than it's first, while bringing in some great cameos along the way.
We left off last season where Chuck was finally coming into his own as a spy-computer, assuming the Bond-style alias Charles Carmichael. The romance between Chuck and Sarah also spiced up, but could never be due to their job. Also, Adam Baldwin's Casey was given instructions that a replacement intercept (the computer that is in Chuck's brain) is being built, and when it is, he has to take Chuck out.
This season picks right up in the action as Chuck's life is in danger by a new baddie, played by Michael Clarke Duncan.

Fans of Scrubs know very well how frustrating it was following the show while it was with NBC, the network that enjoyed tossing the series around in different timeslots. In fact, even series creator Bill Lawrence has been very honest about his thoughts on how the network has handled his show. Nonetheless, season 8 of the show will push through, but will air on ABC, after receiving poor treatment from NBC. In fact, IGN reports that they have already shot their season finale last week, even if the season premiere is yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, another NBC snub was picked up by fans when Michael Ausiello of Ew reported that NBC prevented two of its stars from participating in the season finale of Scrubs.
NBC has apparently banned Heroes’ Masi Oka and Chuck’s Sarah Lancaster from appearing in the final episode of Scrubs’ season 8.

Late last month, we reported that NBC ordered more Chuck episodes on top of the second season’s 13 episodes. In fact, there will be nine more to add to the already star-studded season, which kicks off on September 22 with special web premiere, and on September 29 on television screens. Chuck star Zachary Levi spoke to TV Guide in June, promising that the second season will be 100% better than the first. He said, “It's twice the action, twice the drama and twice the romance. It's Chuck squared.”
To heighten up the excitement, we bring you a few spoilers for the highly anticipated new season, which brings us guest stars Michael Clarke Duncan and John Larroquette of Boston Legal.
The season premiere of Chuck, which airs on September 22 at 8pm, will feature Michael Clarke Duncan as Colt, an intimidating agent whom Chuck is tasked to prevent from retrieving the Cipher, a device that

Due to respective commitments to the production house where their TV shows are under, "Heroes" star Masi Oka and "Chuck" actress Sarah Lancaster won't return as guest stars of "Scrubs". It has been months since NBC that own the right to "Heroes" and "Chuck" lost the sitcom "Scrubs" to ABC.
NBC officially ban Oka and Lancaster from recurring their roles in the series that will open a whole new chapter next year in spring. On the decision, "Scrubs" creator Bill Lawrence accommodates his disappointment, saying "They (Oka and Lancaster) wanted to do it, but NBC said no. Typical classy stuff," and adding "But (they) should not have been part of that fight. It felt kind of petty to me."
Oka played Franklin, a nerdy Japanese laboratory assistant who had his first appearance in first season while Lancaster portrayed Lisa, an attractive young blonde who ran the Sacred Heart Gift Shop

Boston Legal fans are already counting down to September 22, when ABC’s Boston Legal returns to television screens with its fifth season. Additionally, Boston Legal’s fourth season DVD will be available for purchase a day later on September 23. A couple of months ago, Fox announced that they will be releasing a 5-disc set containing the grueling fourth season of Boston Legal. The DVD is presented in Anamorphic Widescreen, with audio tracks in English Dolby Surround Sound and French Dolby Surround. The 926-minute, 20 episode-long season follows John Larroquette as he is recruited into the Boston office of Crane (William Shatner), Poole and Schmidt as a lawyer and love interest of Shirley Schmidt (Candice Bergen).
Meanwhile, another Boston Legal actor was supposedly set to appear on Broadway, but recent reports say that he has pulled out of that particular stint.
Variety reported last week that Craig Bierko, who appeared on Boston Legal as Jeffrey Coho,

At age 26, a precocious USC film-school dropout named Josh Schwartz became the youngest show-runner in network-television history when Fox gambled on his primetime soap opera The O.C. Though it owed something to the trail blazed by the likes of Melrose Place and Dawson's Creek, the show distinguished itself through a savvy mix of teen angst and snappy banter, juicy class-driven conflicts, a great alt-rock soundtrack, and adult characters who were just as well-drawn as the kids. After four seasons, The O.C. faded away, and Schwartz returned as co-creator on two new shows launched in fall 2007. Pitched as The Office meets Alias, NBC's Chuck (which Schwartz created alongside his USC buddy Chris Fedak) stars Zachary Levi as a wimpy tech geek who becomes an accidental James Bond when an encoded e-mail from an old friend in the CIA embeds spy secrets into his brain. Protected by a pair...

While many are still trying to gather more bits about the storyline of the latest "Terminator" installment, "Terminator Salvation", from any where they can, one particular place possibly missed out is from the title itself. Talking about the forthcoming action movie, director McG hinted that the title of the movie means more than a mere designation.
To MTV News, the 40-year-old filmmaker suggested that the "Salvation" in "Terminator Salvation" withholds a broad message of the second chance human gets after the apocalypse. "Even though we may sin, ultimately we deserve a second chance," explained McG. It is then explained that the using of the title to decipher the plot is similar to "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" when the "Judgment Day" became the shorthand of the apocalypse.
Teasing further, the director known for his works in television series, including "The O.C.", "Supernatural" and "Chuck" shared that the title refers to the actions of a specific character.

Welcome to the world of New York City’s young and privileged Upper East Side. From The O.C. creator Josh Schwartz comes Gossip Girl, based on the popular novels by Cecily von Ziegesar. Fortunately, you don’t have to be familiar with the books to enjoy the series; Gossip Girl quickly possesses you with its seemingly endless glitz and glamour, the traditional markings of Old Money.
The premise for this teen drama is simple enough: Notorious and anonymous blogger Gossip Girl, voiced by Kristen Bell, is our one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s prep school elite. Think TMZ-style paparazzi made up of teenagers with camera phones and bad attitudes.
Spotted: former It girl, Serena van der Woodson (Blake Lively) is back from boarding school after being gone for a year. But why did she leave so abruptly and why has she returned? More importantly, why

New mum Nicole Richie's upcoming appearance on U.S. TV sitcom Chuck will feature the socialite in a steamy shower smackdown with sexy Aussie actress Yvonne Strahovski.
Richie will play the bully who tormented Strahovski's character in high school; the pair meet again at a reunion.
And Chuck creator Josh Schwartz reveals, "While there, things go awry, and the old high school shower becomes the location of a seriously wet showdown with fisticuffs where they're attacking each other with pipes and plumbing."

Nicole Richie is to complete her TV comeback by turning her 2005 book The Truth About Diamonds into a drama series.
The Simple Life star recently shot a cameo role for hit sitcom Chuck and now looks set to star in a new production based on her own coming-of-age novel.
Richie has signed up as a producer on the series and will also appear in the show, although it is not yet known whether she will be tackling the lead role.
She tells Eonline, "I would definitely produce and definitely be in the show. I don't know if I need to be the star of this show. I've got a lot going on right now."
The books tells the story of a young girl adopted by a superstar musician who hits the Hollywood party scene and ends up in rehab.
It is thought to be a thinly-veiled memoir of Richie's own life.
The actress is currently working on her second novel, although she refuses to give away any of the details.
She adds, "I'm not telling you (the plot). It's not finished."
