Two things really make "The Kiss Hello" stand out. Jerry's reaction to the annoying practice of having to kiss everyone in his building whenever they see him is hilarious. He just doesn't want to do it. And when he lets them know, it's pretty telling about human nature, and very funny to watch their reactions to him.
The other thing about this episode is the hilarious, rather nasty character played by Wendie Malick. Her big "high school yearbook" hairdo is one of the great sight-gags of the series. And a classic moment comes when Elaine and Jerry introduce her to Kramer: he compliments her on her hair!
