The entire CSI team is busy responding to a variety of crime scenes. "4x4" is directed in a truly unique method, showing how a series of crimes flashback and connect to another. It is interesting to see the subtle ways each of the previous crimes lace into each other as CSI's talk among each other. Sometimes you watch the investigators make comments and wonder, "What is that about?" This episode does that by letting you see what led up to that comment, then you might see another view of that same comment in another scene. Well worth watching if you get the chance. This was like getting 4 mini episodes (4x4 to RV to mold to bench) for the price of one.
