Trivia:
The crows and ants in the film were not "wrangled". Owing to the film's micro-budget, the scenes featuring those animals had to be filmed in areas where the filmmakers knew they could be safely attracted, or where they could be found naturally. moreFAQ

I enjoyed watching this movie very much. It is beautifully filmed - the outdoor scenery and visual composition is outstanding, as is the editing. Hats off to writer/director Rob Buck on a fantastic job. I thoroughly enjoyed the rolling hills, gentle breezes, and open road driving - a perfect backdrop for long talks and emotional confessions. Through Buck's lens northwest New Jersey never looked so good. Lavette Gleis and Jason Szamreta give solid performances as the main characters - strangers really - who divulge a little more of their private and painful stories with each passing mile. As actors they gave me what I wanted - a peek into themselves. They are believable and realistic, often showing true feeling and depth. The rest of the cast shines as well, from spouses, to friends, to waitresses, to fortunetellers, to passers-by; all originally portrayed and fun to watch. The high quality, tastefully performed original music is also nicely done and fits well with each fluid scene it accompanies. This picturesque study of some of life's more fragile and tragic moments is considerably deeper than it first appears to be. All in all this is a well thought out, carefully crafted movie from start to finish.
