It's a beautifully done documentary on the Saharawi refugees living in a hostile desert for 30 years now. I saw the documentary in PBS and I was taken by the characters and the situation they live in right away.
The documentary is centered around a yearly event: the marathon in the Sahara desert. It has the right amount of information (for those like me who did not know their situation). The characters are charming; humble but determined. The documentary has truly emotive moments. And finally the amazing background scenario, the Sahara desert, which is beautifully portrayed in the picture.
Definitely worth seeing if you get a chance!
