An independent film that put a lot of Hollywood films to shame.

No Big names, No big budget, and a great movie to boot.

I didn't expect much from this movie, I just rented because the plot appealed to me, and knowing it was an low budget production, I was ready for the worst, to my surprise it's one of the best movie I've seen in years, the acting was okay, not great, and it didn't need to be, the PLOT was great, the special effect fair, the pace was right, and the characters were very likable, you can tell that the actors doesn't have that much in the fighting skills department, but the way the shots are done and with the nice editing, this guys really pull it off, I read a couple of reviews after seeing the film and before posting this review, I don't think it has a heavy Christian theme or anything, it merely uses the basic concepts that most religions have like heaven and hell, murder,adultery,thievery and such are sins, and redemption is a way to save yourself, that's about it.

IN case you want to know the plot is as follows, no spoilers here; A guy it's murdered and goes to hell, why? you gotta see the movie, and as he gets there some souls escapes from hell dragging him in the process and bringing him to the realm of the living, after learning that his girlfriend it's missing and he is the prime suspect,he and some other hell's escapees start looking for her, while avoiding being caught and sent back to hell by three modern Grim reapers...

That's the plot, and you should really see this movie, you can tell it's low budget, but still, it's a way better movie than those Hollywood has put on the theaters lately, those guys should take notes from this director....
