With his work as Billy Black in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, Gil Birmingham ... has appeared in more than 40 film and television productions. Most recently, Birmingham generated public acclaim for his portrayal as Billy Black in Twilight, based on the best-selling book series by Stephenie Meyer. His TV and screen credits include appearances in End of the Spear, Dreamkeeper, Skins, Gentle Ben, The Doe Boy, Love's Long Journey, Nip/Tuck, 10 Items or Less, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars and Body & Soul. In 2005, his powerful portrayal of Dogstar in Steven Spielberg's six-part TV miniseries, Into the West, captured the attention of audiences worldwide. Today, The Twilight Saga: New Moon star Gil Birmingham has turned 43. Born on July 13, 1966, Birmingham began his career in acting when he was about twenty years old - where he starred as police officer in an episode of Riptide. Ever since, Birmingham has appeared in more than a dozen television series (including Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, The Wild Thornberrys, V.I.P., Oz, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Veronica Mars, 10 Items Or Less, and Nip/Tuck). Before appearing as Billy Black in 2008's Twilight, Birmingham also did quite a few films as well. Cast director for New Moon, sequel to Twilight, has released the names of several actors taking posts in New Moon. As "Sam Uley," we have Chaske Spencer, whose resume includes parts on DreamKeeper, Red Dead Revolver, and Skins (pictured right). As "Quil," we have relative unknown Tyson Houseman (not pictured). As "Paul," it's Alex Meraz, good looking and well-built actor in The New World and Two Spirits, One Journey (pictured left). The part of "Embry" will be played by Kiowa Gordon (not pictured), another relative unknown. Also, we now know that Bronson Pelletier, whose part was unknown before, will be playing Jared. »

We have rounded up the wolf pack and dug up all the information we could find about the new cast members. Come check out who will be playing Sam Uley, Emily Young, Embry Call and Quil Ateara. Yesterday the Steelers took the Super Bowl title in an exciting game full of fun commercials, awesome trailers and many performances. Faith Hill opened up the show with "America the Beautiful" and then Jennifer Hudson belted out the Star Spangled Banner beautifully while Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band rocked the stadium during halftime - love it or leave it? Of course, before the big event there were lots of parties to attend. Getting into gear for Directv's party were Gossip kids, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford. Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore made it a charitable thing attending The Giving Back Fund's VIP 'Big Game all while keeping us updated via their twitters. Jenny McCarthy and Carmen Electra kept things sexy at the Leather And Laces Celebration while the boys chilled with Nick Lachey at the Super Skins Kickoff Party.
