The Fall finale of Melrose Place airs on December 8th and theCW has released two sneak peeks. The first one is a flashback to Amanda and Sydney's final meeting (I think). Be warned, it's very spoilery and reveals what Amanda has been trying to get back from Sydney. The second one is a confrontation between Riley and Jonah. Things are not going well for those two.
You can also check out the promo and photos that I previously posted for this episode.

Jonah (Michael Rady) and Riley (Jessica Lucas) decide to head to Las Vegas to elope but the day doesn’t quite go as planned. Ella (Katie Cassidy) arranges a pitch meeting for Jonah with an important producer who is interested in buying his film.

Warner Brothers has released a new photos from the highly anticipated reboot of “A Nightmare on Elm Street.”
“A Nightmare on Elm Street” synopsis: Freddy Krueger returns in “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” a contemporary re-imagining of the horror classic. A group of suburban teenagers share one common bond: they are all being stalked by Freddy Krueger, a horribly disfigured killer who haunts them in their dreams. As long as they stay awake, they can protect one another…but when they sleep, there is no escape.
Donning Freddy’s trademark fedora, red-and-green striped sweater, and four-bladed glove is Academy Award nominee Jackie Earle Haley (”Little Children,” “Watchmen”). The film is being directed by award-winning music video and commercial director Samuel Bayer (Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” Green Day’s “Boulevard of Broken Dreams”), marking his feature film debut.
The teens who are terrorized by Freddy Krueger are played by an ensemble of young actors, »

I have a love/hate relationship with the new Melrose Place – in the sense that I love to hate it. Last night I felt some stirrings of amusement at the episode because I like Heather Locklear on the show, as well as David and Lauren's scheming. Let's see if the show can hold my attention a bit longer. Like on the December 8th episode, for example, will be the Fall finale (and, I believe, the last we shall see of Ashlee Simpson and that dude who plays Auggie). Check out the promo below from theCW.
Also, take a look at the promo photos I posted last week.

In 2010, Platinum Dunes and New Line Cinema will be bringing your nightmares to life once again with a polished remake and revival of one of the most iconic horror franchises in the history of cinema – A Nightmare on Elm Street. Donning the glove and fedora this time around is Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen), starring alongside the crispy dream stalker will be Rooney Mara as Nancy.
But of course you know all this already (we hope), the real news here is that three new stills have been released for the movie, which is arguably the biggest horror remake of all time.
Next to Hellraiser, this film is the one I’ve wanted to see remade the most, due to the advances in technology the studio could really go to town on the dream sequences. Having said that I’ve also seen the Friday the 13th remake and I’m currently crossing »

TheCW has released promo photos and a synopsis for the (presumably) December 8th episode, which I believe will be the last episode before it goes on its holidays hiatus. It's also the last episode for a few cast members and it seems like the Sydney murder mystery will be wrapped up at that time.
Check out the photos below and also take a look at the promo and photos I posted for the December 1st episode.

Heather Locklear's return to Melrose Place this week boosted ratings, but probably not as much as theCW had hoped. We have a promo and a few more promo photos to share with you (check out more photos from the episode that I previously posted).

The best thing about Melrose Place is Ella Simms.
I'm not just saying that because she's bisexual (or "trysexual," depending on who you ask), but because she's the only interesting character on the show who makes the vapid dialogue and recycled plotlines entertaining. And, sure, Katie Cassidy is pretty easy on the eyes.
So far this season, Ella hasn't done much more than flirt and share a short kiss — until last night's episode. The publicist, whose "life is [her] Blackberry," makes work her priority but isn't respected by her boss Amanda Woodward (Heather Locklear). In last night's episode, "Cahuenga," Ella throws a press event/party for Riley's new modeling gig, and talent agent Melissa Sax tries to woo Ella away from Amanda and her job at Wpk.
At the bar, Ella first notices Melissa's ring ("The new Judith Leiber.") She stops for a moment when she notices the woman attached to the ring. »

This evening marks Heather Locklear's long awaited return to Melrose Place. The producers reportedly tried to cast her in the remake early on but she wasn't interested. She told the La Times, "Before I saw the pilot they had asked me and I thought, 'It's a whole new network, new writers, how do I fit in?'"
Her character was initially going to be the one that was found murdered in the pool. When Locklear turned the part down, they hired Laura Leighton instead, resurrected her Sydney character, and killed her off again.
The producers still hoped that Locklear could be lured to appear on the remake at some point. In fact, the publicity firm where Ella (Katie Cassidy) works is Wpk. They hoped that someday nasty Amanda Woodward could be revealed as the W in the company name. Amanda returns to the firm tonight, »

Everyone ready for the return of Amanda Woodward? Yes, Heather Locklear is debuting on the revamped Melrose Place tonight and I can't wait. The only tragic thing about this reboot so far (other than the acting "skills" of Ashlee Simpson and what's-his-name who plays Auggie) is the low ratings. This show is trashy, addictive fun (and I'm not just saying that as EW's designated Melrose recapper) -- I just wish I had more Melrose-watching friends so we could dish about Ella or laugh at Violet's "seductive moves." (Thank goodness I sit near Michael Slezak.) I'm hoping with the combination of »

Amanda's back. And the bitchiness that erupts from her very pores in the first 10 seconds of her appearance alone is enough to make me squeal. It's delicious. Thank God she's on the show. I might start liking it from now on.
There will be a battle of the blonde bitches. You better believe it. Check out photos from the November 17th episode and watch the promo and a fantastic sneak peek below. Look at how she rolls her eyes when she sees Ella's outfit. It's priceless.

She's back! In an exclusive clip from Heather Locklear's first episode of the CW's Melrose Place revamp, her character Amanda Woodward makes a dramatic (and fashionable!) surprise return to offices of Wpk Public Relations, walking in on Caleb (Victor Webster) and Ella (Katie Cassidy) as they're discussing the launch party for their client Riley (Jessica Lucas) and and her new jeans campaign. While Ella is convinced all she needs to do for the event is "drink the free champagne," her boss tells her, "You're doing this ... under direct orders from New York." "Oh, well you can tell New York that when we're looking for their opinion, we'll ask," she fires back. Her timing couldn't be worse. In walks Amanda, who says, "Why don't you tell New York yourself?" Close your mouth, Ella! "You know how I love surprises," a stunning Amanda continues. "This L.A. branch is drowning in »
