Some claim that the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer "jumped the shark" when Michelle Trachtenberg joined the cast, but I couldn't agree less. We're not talking about no Cousin Oliver here! Trachtenberg grew up to be the hot chick in Black Christmas and EuroTrip and not some fat dorky redhead. Dawn may have been introduced in one of the weaker Buffy seasons but quickly became an important person in our Buffy family. Now she is all grown up and her character "Georgina Sparks" single-handedly saved the TV show Gossip Girl. Here she is looking spectacular at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show, and if you have anything negative to say you can answer to her big brother Hyb! »

Mya might not get the disco ball trophy on "Dancing with the Stars" this season, but she earns enough credit to guest star in an NBC drama. "Mercy" has booked the singer to guest star in an upcoming episode that airs on January 6.
Her role, according to Entertainment Weekly, is the "guitar-slinging, melodramatic musician daughter of a dying 80-year-old man". The patient is under the care of Michelle Trachtenberg's Chloe. "Mercy", a medical drama from the point of view of the nurses, is taking a break this week and will return on December 9 before again in hiatus until next year.
Mya finished second on the dancing competition, losing the crown to Donny Osmond. After it was announced that she had lost, Mya told E! "There's so much. There's disappointment, dedication, passion and commitment. I've learned multiple amounts of things. It's an experience that you'll never forget for the rest »

The newly released Kevin Smith three-movie box set contains the popular director’s three most popular films in beautiful Blu-ray quality. Containing his debut Clerks, along with Chasing Amy and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, Smith’s new box set captures a lot of crap you missed the first time around.
Kevin Smith is usually a big hit with internet writers thanks in part to his humble origin, legendary (or hyped, depending on who you ask) beginnings and his rather soft physique. He also represents the film/comic book/video game subculture, which has made serious strides to becoming a mainstream, high covered phenomenon on the verge of losing its trademark and sarcasm.
Or he just makes funny movies.
The legend of Kevin Smith is a classic American success story. A film school reject, Smith decided to break away from schools, books and teacher’s dirty looks and make his »

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returned to New York City last night, where the girls stripped down to their lingerie despite the chilly weather outside. There were some playful moments throughout the show, but perhaps the biggest surprise was Heidi Klum. Just six weeks after giving birth to her daughter Lou, Heidi said she was hosting not walking for the event, but she still took to the catwalk in a sexy getup and strode the carpet in a tiny Lbd. Fergie got into the spirit performing with the Black Eyed Peas on stage while models like Selita Ebanks, Miranda Kerr and Chanel Iman walked. Marissa Miller was the chosen one to wear the diamond studded bra this year. On the red carpet, both Heidi and Fergie both showed off some leg on the famous pink carpet where they were joined by Gossip Girl Michelle Trachtenberg. There were, naturally, some men »

Although she had just given birth to her fourth child in October, Heidi Klum didn't miss the chance to walk on the catwalk of 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. On Thursday night, November 19 at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York City, the model who acted as the host of the show surprised crowd when she strutted on the runway.
Emerging from the huge, castle-like set, the 36-year-old made the surprise trip down the runway to open the "Enchanted Forest" segment of the show. During the walk, she was seen wearing a beautiful purple corset and green half gown with poufs of tulle by Jane Law. Her accessories included jewelry by Mouawad and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
Before the show, she has said she opted for hosting instead of modeling because she "wasn't quite ready yet." She added, "This kind of takes a lot of planning. When you have a baby, you »

A handful of starlets hit the red carpet last night to celebrate the grand opening of America Eagle's new flagship store in NYC. The Gossip Girl crowd was well-represented, with Leighton Meester cozying up to Michelle Trachtenberg and Jessica Szohr. Adrian Grenier, Pete Wentz, and Ashlee Simpson were also out to browse the offerings at the new space in Times Square. Ashlee was able to see Pete man the DJ booth between rehearsals for Chicago, and her sister Jessica is getting "chillibumps" just thinking about Ash's Broadway debut. Pete wasn't the evening's only entertainment - Leighton Meester donned a pair of kaleidoscopic leggings to perform four songs, including her single, "Somebody to Love." You guys aren't sure what to make of Leighton's racier styles, but she really threw her all into the performance. Good things seem to be happening for American Eagle, and it looks like they've already recruited more than a few famous fans. »

Actress Michelle Trachtenberg is continuing her foray into accessories design - with a range of costume jewellery.
The 24-year-old star is teaming up with luxury fashion brand Coach for the designs, under the brand's Poppy line.
Trachtenberg's range, which hits stores next spring, will have a "tough-girl meets sugary-sweet vibe", according to Women's Wear Daily.
The Coach collaboration is Trachtenberg's second endeavour as a jewellery designer. In 2006 she launched Bella Veritas - which features one-of-a-kind pieces made with semi-precious stones. »

Come on, everyone is doing it!Michelle Trachtenberg just joined the "cool" crowd. Like many other celebrities of the moment, the Gossip Girl villainess is trying her hand at jewelry design. She will collaborate with Coach on a jewelry collection under the brand's Poppy line. This should be interesting. We don't exactly think of Trachtenberg as a fashion pioneer, but we'd love to see what she has in her jewelry box. We're guessing her goodie-two-shoes glow mixed with her bad-to-the-bone edge. According to Wwd, the line will be full of colorful crystals, faux pearls and intricate hardware. Glam on! »

The highly controversial "Gossip Girl" threesome is about to go down on Monday night's (November 9) episode of the saucy teen soap. And, with so many of the cast being possible suspects in the naughty storyline, it's only a matter of time before we know who hooks up. And with Ed Westwick's Chuck Bass already having shared a kiss with a guy on the show, the threesome will probably be even more provocative.
Penn Badgley recently threw his name into the threesome ring when he teased to MTV News that he was willing to do it with the other two male hotties on the show: Westwick and Chace Crawford, if need be. "I can't tell you that," he said, jokingly adding, "Hypothetically, it's all three guys."
Meanwhile, his co-star Leighton Meester »

Sarah Michelle Gellar, adored as the star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., know what everyone has been thinking: What took so long? And the award for wackiest cross-promotional stunt of the season goes to... The upcoming crossover between NBC medical drama Mercy and Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey. No joke! Sources confirm to me exclusively that Real Housewives stars Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita will play themselves in an episode of Mercy. Here's the sitch: In a scene being shot this week, Giudice and Laurita come up against Michelle Trachtenberg's Chloe in a NJ bar. "It's not a warm and fuzzy encounter by any means," says my spy. Mercy is set in the Garden State, so it's not that much of a stretch. »

This season alone, "Gossip Girl" has gone through a boy-on-boy kiss and an erotic film scene but next week, the show will explore a threesome. There is no word yet which characters will be involved in the three-way sex since the actors refuse to reveal whether they are one of them.
Leighton Meester aka Blair previously said, "We're all in college now, so we can definitely push the limit with the sexuality, which is fine by me. I sort of make the kiss happen. I can tell you that much, and that's it." Michelle Trachtenberg meanwhile was a little more generous, spilling "I would imagine it's going to involve at least one boy and one girl."
The synopsis for the November 9 episode is read, "Not satisfied with just being Queen of Constance Billard, Jenny sets her sights on becoming the Queen of all the Upper East Side by landing the hottest escort for Cotillion. »

Georgina Sparks has once again left the "Gossip Girl" kids to recover from her devious ways, but that doesn't mean they are completely free of her antics. Michelle Trachtenberg said there are a lot of scenarios that could bring her character back to "Gg."
"Georgina, she's taken a little trip away. She's gone off with a Russian prince, or so she thinks. So, there are so many more great things that Georgina can do," she told MTV News. "She pretty much just always comes in, destroys their lives for a few episodes, and then is like, 'Ok, I'm good now. I think I'll go get a massage in the Caribbean.' "
